Annie is beyond dedicated to her student's success and always goes above and beyond to provide opportunities. Supportive, constructive, and dedicated to celebrating and cultivating each student’s unique point of view, her commitment extended beyond the classroom, offering invaluable practical guidance and real-world industry opportunities that were highlights of my college experience.
The year that I was mentored by Annie was by far the most fruitful of my time in college. Annie’s hands-on approach to helping me navigate my artistic and academic work allowed me to feel a sense of direction in what I was doing, which has stayed with me beyond graduation. Annie is the best of the best!

Testimonials
Jillian, '15
Over the course of my college career, I was very lucky to be mentored by Annie. She advised me on a major project at the end of my senior year, and consistently empowered me in my work while inspiring me to think creatively and challenge myself. Annie's guidance and leadership have helped me become personally and professionally confident as I navigate my life outside of college.
Loey, '24
As a mentor, Annie is thoughtful, strategic, empathetic, and student-centered. With her guidance, I was able to complete my graduate degree a semester early, allowing me to save money and enter the workforce sooner.

If there’s on person who helped me figure out who I was in college and who I was meant to be as a man during my college years, it was Annie Levy. She saw so much more in me than I saw in myself, and she is directly responsible for opening my eyes to my potential in the artistic field. I would not be where I am today without her guidance, conversation, and belief in me, and I am incredibly thankful for that.

How is this different from my academic advisor? As a college student, you likely have an assigned academic advisor who is a faculty member. This advisor is responsible for helping you navigate course selections and degree requirements. However, they often juggle multiple responsibilities, including a full teaching load, committee work, and their own research or creative projects. While meeting with students is important to them, their limited availability may not allow them to dedicate the time you need to fully explore your academic journey. Your school’s office of academic advising is another valuable resource, but during busy times like registration, securing an appointment can be challenging. Additionally, these advisors typically focus solely on your academic goals, helping you meet the necessary requirements to stay on track for graduation. In contrast, your ROI coach offers a personalized and holistic approach to your college experience. Unlike an academic advisor who may only see you occasionally, your ROI coach is committed to meeting with you regularly, typically on a monthly basis. They focus on you as a whole person, exploring every resource your school has to offer and helping you make the most of your time in college. Your ROI coach serves as a dedicated guide, supporting you not just academically, but in all areas of your professional and personal development throughout your college years.

If you are not affiliated with my school, what do you know about it?Great question! While we're not officially affiliated with any specific school, we have extensive experience working with students from a wide range of colleges and universities. We prioritize understanding the general structures of different institutions and are familiar with the resources and services almost always available, regardless of the school's type, size, or location. Additionally, we thoroughly research your school’s specific programs, resources, and policies to provide tailored guidance that aligns with your unique college experience. Most importantly, we focus on your goals. Our priority is helping you identify which aspects of your school will best support what you want to achieve during your time there. Our approach is flexible and personalized to meet your specific needs, no matter where you’re studying.

What is the general coaching schedule for an academic year? When you sign up for our college coaching program, you commit to a four-month journey designed to guide you toward your academic and personal goals. Here’s what to expect: Monthly One-on-One Coaching Sessions: You’ll meet with your dedicated coach once a month for an in-depth session, where you’ll discuss your progress, set goals, and create action plans. Weekly Email Check-Ins: Between meetings, your coach will check in with you via email every week to keep you on track, offer guidance, and answer any questions that arise. This structure provides ongoing support and accountability, helping you stay focused and achieve meaningful results over the course of the semester. Four-Month Coaching Cycles Our coaching program runs on a four-month cycle, with three convenient timeframes to fit your schedule: January through April May through August September through December These timeframes align with the academic calendar, ensuring you receive consistent support throughout key points in your college experience. Simply choose the cycle that works best for you, and we’ll help you stay on track toward your goals during that period. Students can also sign up to meet with their coach twice a month during their four-month commitment or can request an individual additional coaching session for months when they need additional support.

How are parents involved in this process?Students have the option to share notes from their coaching sessions with their parents, but the coach will only communicate directly with the student. If the student chooses to involve their parent or legal guardian, they can include them in communications with the coach. However, unless the student explicitly decides to share information, the coaching relationship remains focused solely on the student and their goals.

What about FERPA?FERPA, or the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. In short, FERPA is designed to give students control over their educational records and ensure their privacy. This means that your ROI coach will only have access to the information the student chooses to share. Your ROI coach will NOT have access to a student’s transcript, degree audit, or any confidential records from the college. Institutions will never release such information to your ROI coach. The only information your coach can access is what’s publicly available online or what the student voluntarily shares with them.
